A SPEL is the Coordinator of the VETFest European Project, which will be implemented from 2019 to 2021. The partnership includes partners from Spain, Greece, Italy, Turkey and Portugal.
The project aims at accomplishing four main objectives:
• create a transnational network of VET providers;
• foster cross-border cooperation through the exchange and implementation of good practices;
• improve the quality of VET through peer counselling for the implementation of EU
instruments, namely, EQAVET;
• assist in internationalisation actions of VET institutions and the professional development of their teachers.
The project will produce the following main results:
• a booklet with good practices on VET;
• a 12 good practices Roadmap that will be implemented and tested in 15 schools;
• the integration of the VET events in the Annual Activities Plan of participating schools
• a Cooperation Protocol that formally recognizes the Transnational VET network.
